Elephantine Island and Ancient Flight

There is evidence that the ancient Egyptians were capable of flight. One piece of evidence is Elephantine Island.
Elephantine Island is located in the middle of the Nile River. It is the largest of the islands located in the Nile.
Even in ancient texts, Elephantine Island is referred to as Elephantine Island.
Yet, its elephant shape can only be seen from the air.
Since it is located in the middle of the Nile, there are no hills or mountains from which the island could be observed.
So, the question then becomes, how did the ancients know that this island was shaped like an elephant?
In the Egyptian Museum, which is located in Cairo, there are artifacts that look like airplanes. These artifacts have been tested by aeronautical engineers who concluded that they are capable of flight.
