Saws in Ancient Egypt

Christopher Dunn is an engineer and a machinist who has studied the use of advanced technologies in Ancient Egypt. While he explored the famous pyramids at Giza, he discovered saw marks on some of the granite blocks.
Mr. Dunn published an excellent article, titled "The Mega Saws of the Pyramid Builders".
According to Mr. Dunn the diameter of the saw can be determined from calculations on the cut marks of the saw.
At Abu Rawash, there is a cut mark on a granite block measuring 47 inches wide by 56 inches long.
Dunn calculates that the the diameter of the Mega Saw that cut that granite block was 35.9 feet.
